1. What information do I need to track my sea shipment?

To track your sea shipment, you'll need any one of the following:

• Vessel Name (e.g. MSC ATHENS, MAERSK ALGOL)
• IMO Number – A unique 7-digit number (e.g. 9319466)
• MMSI Number – A 9-digit radio identifier (e.g. 636091207)

2. Where can I find the Vessel Name?

The Vessel Name is typically mentioned on your Bill of Lading (BL) Copy.
Look for it near the shipment details or under the "Vessel/Voyage" section.

3. What is a Vessel Name?

The Vessel Name refers to the name of the ship carrying your cargo.

4. What is an IMO Number?

The IMO Number is a unique 7-digit identifier assigned to every sea-going vessel.
📌 Example: 9319466

5. What is an MMSI Number?

The MMSI Number is a 9-digit number used for tracking and radio communication.
📌 Example: 636091207

6. Can I use my B/L or Container Number to track here?

❌ Not at this time. We only support tracking via Vessel Name, IMO, or MMSI.
For BL/Container tracking, please use the shipping line's website.

7. What if I don't know the IMO or MMSI number?

No problem! Just enter the Vessel Name, and our system will automatically fetch the ship's position using verified marine tracking databases.
